Our Mission...

We are here to help you on your journey to explore the joy of dance! Students are encouraged and nurtured to believe in themselves, confront challenges, and overcome obstacles. All classes are kept small and intimate so we can concentrate on being goal oriented for each individual student and their unique needs. Small classes ensure a consistent quality of dance and acro training, while allowing individualized attention for our students to gain trust and familiarity with one another.

Our studio philosophy is based on 3 things: Technique, Focus and Confidence. At the root of all dance and acrobatic training is good, solid technique. Technique starts in our Wild Ones and Little Explorer classes. Our students learn and master basic gross motor skills. As students mature, their dance technique takes shape. Focus is our next limb. Increased focus helps us learn and improve, which in turn boosts self-confidence and builds self-esteem. Confidence is our final limb and most important. Students learn how to be confident in who they are and are embraced being their true selves.
Students are shown that you can be confident while learning something new, making mistakes and working hard.

Mountain Dance Company
Technique. Focus. Confidence.
