Day of Concert Info:

Wednesday, June 19, 2024 5:00-7 PM.
Dancers should arrive at 4:45, in their costume.

NO HAIR AND MAKEUP IS REQUIRED.
We will run the finale first, then run through Act 1, followed by Act 2. Each number will have a few minutes to get acclimated to the stage.

GROWN UPS MUST STAY WITH THEIR CHILD. PLEASE DO NOT DROP YOUR CHILD OFF.
Please bring your patience. Hopefully, at this point, things will go pretty smoothly. But this will be the first time they will be on stage at the theater. Your performer may be excited, or totally scared. We will help performers feel comfortable and confident getting up there. The most important thing is to be patient with our performers, as well as all staffing. We are all doing our best to put on a wonderful show! We will start with the Finale for act 1, as it will be the first time everyone will be on stage together. After the act 1 finale is staged and rehearsed, we will start at the beginning. Each dance will be spaced and ran. Some routines will go very quickly, some will take more time. I will do my best to get our under 5 students out as quickly as possible. The same will be repeated for Act 2.

THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO FLASH PHOTOGRAPHY ALLOWED.
It is a safety hazard. You may take NON- flash pictures during rehearsal only. No photos or recording will be allowed during the show. If you would like a recording of the show, they will be available for order. There is no food or drink in the auditorium, and performers should not eat in costume. Please make sure performers have a change of clothes, and/or something to go on top of their costume. Once your performer is done, and has no more dances, they will be dismissed.

Saturday, June 22. Performers are to arrive at 12:30pm. Hair and makeup must be done, but they can change when they get there. Each class will have an assigned helper that will stay backstage with the group.

THERE WILL BE NO PARENTS ALLOWED BACKSTAGE.
We will have backstage managers- Ms. Nicole and Ms. Gabby, as well as backstage helpers. The day of the show, any questions or problems should be brought to them. Dancers under the age of 5 will be done dancing in the first act. They are welcome to sit with their parents for Act 2 of the show. They will be invited backstage for the finale

Makeup is optional, but strongly recommended. If you choose to put makeup on a child that does not have a lot of experience with putting makeup on, I strongly recommend you practice on several occasions prior to the morning of the show. It will make it less stressful for the parent as well as the child.

No recording or photos are permitted during the show. Recordings of the show will be available for purchase.

Please do not eat or drink in costume. Water and dry snacks will be available for the performers backstage. They will also have access to coloring books, a movie, and other fun stuff to help pass the time while they are not performing.

Let's Have a Great Show!
